I conducted a comprehensive secondary research on both offline and online auctions. To achieve this, a meticulous approach was employed that involved gathering data from various reputable sources, analyzing industry reports, and examining case studies related to auction dynamics.
Through this rigorous process, I gained valuable insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and best practices in the auction domain.

By conducting thorough secondary research on auctions and analyzing industry reports and case studies, I created detailed personas for both baby boomers and Generation Z, understanding their distinct needs and motivations to develop a user-centric online auction platform. By delineating their goals and motivations, I gained invaluable insights into the unique requirements that could enhance the online auction platform.
The output of this endeavour is a set of comprehensive personas that portray the distinct needs, preferences, and pain points of each age group, enabling the development of a user-centric platform tailored to cater to a diverse audience.
