I had a client who needed me to design a platform for their business operations. They wanted features like customer management, booking management, complex backend configurations, user role management, form creation for inspections, and financial management with tariffs and invoices. It was a challenge to design this whole system in a tight timeframe, but I was up for it!

The greatest strength about this product was transparent communication. Through numerous meetings, we collaborated to shape the product features and requirements, creating a product roadmap that guided us in developing the software gradually with focused development efforts.

The timeline for this beast of a system was a real nail-biter! Talk about a challenge! But you know what? The love and passion I had for this system pushed me to grab that challenge by the horns and give it all I got. It was like a wild rollercoaster ride, but I was determined to make it happen!

Creating personas in CRM platforms is essential for understanding users better, enabling personalization, and improving marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. Personas provide insights into customers' needs, preferences, and behaviours, allowing businesses to tailor their approach and communication to resonate with different customer segments.

After discussion of research and persona with the client, I developed a comprehensive Information Architecture that not only addressed our concerns but also provided clarity and direction.
Witnessing the entire software take shape was truly gratifying. The Information Architecture effectively organized, structured, and presented information, resulting in an intuitive system that enabled seamless understanding, effortless navigation, and efficient retrieval of information.
